OracleFundingGroup is a marketing and referral service operating at oraclefundinggroup.com. We do not originate loans, make credit decisions, or issue commitments. All financing products described on this site — including business lines of credit, term loans, equipment financing, and SBA loans — are provided by independent lending partners and are subject to their underwriting criteria, documentation requirements, and applicable state and federal law.

We may receive compensation from lending partners when a business we refer is approved and funded. That compensation may influence which partners appear on this site, but it does not change the terms a partner offers you. You are never obligated to accept any offer.

Products provided by independent lending partners

Same-day and instant funding conditions

Same-day funding is available for qualified applicants who are approved and who complete all required documentation before 10:30 AM ET on a business day. Actual funding time depends on your bank, the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide, verification results, and the lending partner's final review. Funding is not available on weekends or bank holidays. Most applicants receive funds as soon as 24 hours later.

* Instant funding on line of credit draws depends on your bank's participation in real-time payment networks. Where instant delivery is unavailable, draws are sent by standard ACH and typically settle within one to two business days.

Credit inquiry policy

Checking your rate involves a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your personal credit score and is visible only to you. If you choose to move forward with a full application, you authorize us and the lending partner to obtain consumer and commercial credit reports, and a hard credit inquiry may be performed. A hard inquiry can lower your credit score and remains on your report for up to two years. You will be informed before a hard inquiry is made.

Telephone and text message consent (TCPA)

By submitting your phone number on this site, you provide your express written consent for OracleFundingGroup, its affiliates, and its independent lending partners to contact you at that number — including a wireless number — using automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and SMS text messages, for purposes including servicing your request and marketing financing products. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving financing. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.

You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, telling a representative you wish to be placed on our internal do-not-call list, or emailing support@oraclefundinggroup.com. You may also call us at (540) 253-1896. Revoking consent for marketing does not stop transactional messages about a request you have already submitted.
