Our commitment

Applying for funding means sharing sensitive information about you and your business. OracleFundingGroup treats that information as confidential and applies technical and organizational safeguards across every part of oraclefundinggroup.com, from the pages you browse to the application you submit. This page is maintained by OracleFundingGroup to answer common security questions; it describes our current practices and is not a certification or an independent audit.

Encryption

  • Every page and form on this site is served over HTTPS using TLS, so data is encrypted in transit between your browser and our systems.
  • Application data submitted through our funding form is transmitted to our application platform over encrypted connections only.
  • Data stored by our platform and service providers is encrypted at rest using industry-standard algorithms.
  • Credentials and access tokens are stored using secret management rather than in application code.

Data handling

  • We collect only the information needed to evaluate your funding request and match you with lending partners.
  • Access to submitted applications is limited to authorized staff and the lending partners reviewing your request.
  • Information shared with independent lending partners and service providers is limited to what each needs to perform its role.
  • We retain records for as long as required to service your request and to satisfy legal and recordkeeping obligations, then dispose of them securely.
  • We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties for their own advertising purposes.

Infrastructure

  • Our website and application platform run on managed cloud infrastructure with hardened, regularly patched environments.
  • Administrative access requires individual accounts with strong authentication and is granted on a least-privilege basis.
  • Application and infrastructure activity is logged and monitored so unusual behavior can be investigated.
  • Backups are maintained so data can be restored in the event of a failure.
  • Third-party providers are reviewed for their security practices before we send them any customer data.

How you can help protect your account

  • Only submit information through pages served from oraclefundinggroup.com with a padlock shown in your browser.
  • We will never ask for your online banking password, full card number, or a one-time passcode by email or text.
  • Be cautious of messages that pressure you to pay an upfront fee to release funding — that is a common scam signal.
  • If something looks wrong, call us at (540) 253-1896 before responding.

Reporting a vulnerability or a security concern

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, or you received a suspicious message that appears to come from OracleFundingGroup, email support@oraclefundinggroup.com with the details. Please do not publicly disclose an issue before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond. We review every report and will acknowledge legitimate reports promptly.

Incident response

We maintain a documented process for investigating and containing security incidents. If an incident affects your information, we will notify you and any required authorities in accordance with applicable law.
